SAS wins top award from customer relationship management magazine

SAS is Customer Interaction Solutions magazine’s “Product of the year Award” winner for customer relationship management software.

The magazine selected the SAS product for “Customer Experience Analytics.” It has picked a top product each of the past 11 years.

The SAS software is designed to capture all Web interaction by a user of a customer’s site, the goal being to help better understand what the users are doing and want.

“SAS’ commitment to quality and excellence and its software solutions benefit its contact center customers and provide them with better customer relationships and enhanced ROI,” said Nadji Tehrani, the magazine’s editor.
