ATLANTA, Ga. — Robert Kavner, a former chairman of the board at Internet Service Provider EarthLink (Nasdaq: ELNK) and a board member since 1996, is retiring from the company’s board.
Also retiring is William Harris, Jr.
Joining the board is M. Wayne Wisehart, a veteran finance executive at aQuantive, Western Wireless and Innerhost, a web hosting company.
