Charlotte firm secures patent for land development software

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Blueridge Analytics, a developer of software for retail, real estate, engineering, construction and architecture firms, has been awarded a U.S. patent for a program used in land development costs.

The application, called Siteops, is designed to help users “get reliable site cost information before sale and lease negotiations begin,” the company said inn a statement.

The patent will be issued July 1, Blueridge added.
