Harness will remain involved with the company, serving as vice chairman of the board.
Peter Mainz, the firm’s chief operating officer, replaces Harness. He also joins the company’s board of directors.
Sensus provides a variety of high-tech services related to advanced meter-reading and metering infrastructure.
