DataFlux Receives ‘Market Winner’ Honor from CRM Magazine
CARY – DataFlux, a subsidiary of SAS, has received a top honor just as its parent firm did in the latest “CRM Market Winner” awards.
CRM magazine names market winners in a variety of categories for customer relationship management (CRM) software.
DataFlux was recognized as the “Market Winner” in data quality. It was the company’s third straight award.
“High-quality data is the cornerstone of any effective CRM program, and we have seen many of our customers achieve superior levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention through data quality and data governance programs,” said Tony Fisher, chief executive officer at DataFlux. “This award demonstrates that we are delivering the data discovery and improvement tools that companies need to streamline and improve their CRM initiatives.”
Winners were recognized in eight categories. SAS won in business intelligence.
