ATLANTA, Ga. — Oversight Systems, a provider of transaction automation software, has closed on $10.2 million of a Series B venture capital round.
Private Equity Wire reported that Oversight also landed a new investor in Adobe Ventures.
Participating in the round were Granite Ventures and Sigma partners, Oversight’s original backers.
The company raised more than $6 million in A round and angel funding,
Oversight provides customers with what it calls “forensic audit capabilities” to help them meet regulatory requirements such as those stipulated by Sarbanes-Oxley legislation.
