Research Triangle Park, N.C. — The Southeast Venture Conference will take place in Atlanta next year, organizers said Tuesday.
The SEVC took place in Cary and suburban Washington, D.C., its first two years.
Conference dates in Atlanta are March 11 and 12. The Intercontinental Buckhead hotel will serve as host.
"We're excited to bring the SEVC to the thriving Atlanta venture and entrepreneurial community," said SEVC Director Eric Gregg. "Atlanta represents much of what is great about the Southeast technology region as a whole and will be a great host for SEVC 2009."
The conference will feature presentations from approximately 40 technology startups across the Southeast, along with guest speakers and panel discussions.
The first two SEVC events were sellouts.
