Cary, N.C. — Bob De Contreras and Rich Kramarik, former partners in consulting firm Paladin and Associates, are striking out on their own.
The two are launching Research Triangle Business Advisors. They had worked with paladin for five years.
The new firm will offer a variety of services to emerging and existing firms, including high tech and biopharma.
Kramarik is also president of the Triangle Accredited Capital Forum, an angel investor network.
"At Research Triangle Business Advisors, our strength lies in our ability to use our collective wisdom to identify and eliminate fundamental problems that prevent a company from realizing its true potential," Kramarik said in a statement.
