RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C. — The Research Triangle Foundation has 35 more acres of land available for corporate tenants, according to a published report.
The Triangle Business Journal said Friday that the foundation, set up to market and run Research Triangle Park, had exercised its first-refusal right on land that Credit Suisse has determined it will not need for expansion.
The TBJ cited a buy-back price of $87,971 an acre, which gives the bank a profit of roughly $106,000 for owning the land for three years.
