Raleigh, N.C. — Two veteran business executives are joining the board of directors at INC Research, a contract research organization that works with life science companies around the world..
In addition to his board responsibilities, David Gill, a former chief executive officer of NxStage Medical, will serve as chairman of the INC board’s audit committee.
David Gill, co-founder and chairman of Procyon Technologies, also joins the board. He is a former chairman and chief executive officer of Falcon Building Products.
